Girls’ Generation video director ‘terribly ashamed’ after copying Disney logo

SM Entertainment has found itself in the middle of another logo controversy after fans spotted similarities between Girls’ Generation’s 15-year anniversary logo in the Forever 1 music video and Tokyo Disney Sea’s 15th anniversary logo.

Art director Shin Hee Won, who has created some of the most famous music videos of K-pop including Red Velvet’s Russian Roulette, Taeyeon’s 11:11, Seventeen’s Pretty U, and EXO’s Lucky One, addressed the issue on his social media account.
